Fitness Smoothie
Ingredients
10 g wheat bran
300 g honeydew melon, seedless, cut into pieces
100 g raspberries, frozen
1 tablespoon of honey
100 g of natural yogurt
Preparation
Pour the bran into the mixing bowl and grind for 1 min/speed.
Add melon, raspberries, honey and mix 30 sec/speed.
Add yogurt, mix 5 sec/speed.
Serve the fitness smoothie immediately after preparation.
