Fitness Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 10 g wheat bran

  • 300 g honeydew melon, seedless, cut into pieces

  • 100 g raspberries, frozen

  • 1 tablespoon of honey

  • 100 g of natural yogurt

Preparation

  • Pour the bran into the mixing bowl and grind for 1 min/speed.

  • Add melon, raspberries, honey and mix 30 sec/speed.

  • Add yogurt, mix 5 sec/speed.

  • Serve the fitness smoothie immediately after preparation.
