LowCarb-Keto Bread made from seeds and nuts🍞

It’s a combination of crunchy almonds, aromatic seeds and crunchy nuts that will not only please your palate, but also support you in your healthy lifestyle. Ready for a tasty journey? Ingredients:

  • 70 g melted coconut oil
  • 150 g blanched almonds
  • 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp linseed
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 80 g walnuts, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 25 g coconut flour
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 tbsp chicory syrup
  • 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds for decoration

Preparation:

  • Preheat the oven to 160°C.

  • Line a baking tin (18 x 7 x 6 cm) with baking paper.

  • Place the almonds in a mixing bowl and crush 10 s/rev. 9.

  • Add all the other ingredients except the pumpkin seeds, mix 5 s/rev. 4.

  • Transfer the dough into the prepared tin, sprinkle with pumpkin seeds and bake for 45-50 minutes (160°C). Let the bread cool in the tin for 10 minutes, then remove the bread from the tin and transfer to a metal rack to cool completely before serving.
