LowCarb-Keto Bread made from seeds and nuts🍞

Ingredients:
- 70 g melted coconut oil
- 150 g blanched almonds
- 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp linseed
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 80 g walnuts, crushed
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 25 g coconut flour
- 6 eggs
- 1 tbsp chicory syrup
- 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt
- 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds for decoration
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 160°C.
Line a baking tin (18 x 7 x 6 cm) with baking paper.
Place the almonds in a mixing bowl and crush 10 s/rev. 9.
Add all the other ingredients except the pumpkin seeds, mix 5 s/rev. 4.
Transfer the dough into the prepared tin, sprinkle with pumpkin seeds and bake for 45-50 minutes (160°C). Let the bread cool in the tin for 10 minutes, then remove the bread from the tin and transfer to a metal rack to cool completely before serving.
